- To assist Head of Dept. in enforcing the HR policies, rules, and regulations and standard HR processes/ procedures that align with the Company objectives
- Preparing and processing staff salary, statutory and other payroll-related matters.
- To perform daily checking and updates into the human resources management system for attendance and non-attendance records.
- To take charge of company stationery supply.
- To handle recruitment process for non-management level vacancies such as job posting, screening, filtering, interview arrangement, reference check, and job offer.
- To organize, maintain, and updates all employees’ personal files and information.
- To assist in sourcing training courses available according to yearly training plan.
- Preparing all kinds of correspondences related to Human resources & Administrative matters such as Letters/Contracts of Appointment, internal memorandums, etc.
- To handle ad-hoc assignment from the head of department from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
