We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Kids Attendant with a background in sales to join our team. As a Kids Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to engage with children and facilitate various activities, ensuring their safety and enjoyment. In addition, your sales experience will be utilized to promote and sell our products and services to parents and guardians. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for working with children, and a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
Child Engagement: Interact and engage with children, ensuring their safety, happiness, and participation in a variety of activities.
Activity Facilitation: Organize and lead age-appropriate games, crafts, and other recreational activities for children.
Sales Promotion: Utilize your sales skills to promote and sell our products and services to parents and guardians, effectively communicating their benefits and features.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to parents and guardians by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and courteously.
Supervision: Maintain a safe and secure environment for children, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of attendance, sales, and customer information for reporting purposes.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to coordinate schedules, plan activities, and ensure smooth operation of the kids' area.
Training: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and child development trends to enhance the quality of customer interactions and improve sales performance.

Salary: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
