THE REQUIRED VIBE
- Bachelor’s in relevant fields
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in Agile/Scrum best and recent practices
- Wide knowledge of data-driven product development concepts
- Ability to take initiatives to solve problems and implement innovative solutions
- Outstanding communication skills across teams and hierarchies.
- Excellent business, analytical, data and research skills to take right decisions to deliver the right product.
- B2B e-commerce background is a huge plus.
- Advanced use of English

- Planning and executing full life cycle of customer products and value added services
- Responsible for the continuous development of B2B e-commerce platform to deliver seamless, user-friendly and smooth ordering process for Edenred's customers.
- Gathering and evaluating product and customer insights, working closely with CX, marketing, and sales to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met along the full user journey from acquisition to retention and churn.
- Transferring complex business models and product ideas into user stories which can be digitally implemented.
- Taking full responsibility of processes in terms of UI/UX with third parties with constant improvement in process and design
- Being the internal bridge of communication between departments in terms of technical and commercial process improvements.
