In this position, you will:
- Be responsible for service level management, operational delivery including services and Managed Services organization.
- Manage all Managed Services activities and personnel to ensure that the Managed Services organization understands and maintains the right focus on scope of work and services requirements to efficiently achieve set goals
- Be the main driver and facilitator for improvements within the Managed Services organization
- Take full responsibility for any operational changes introduced to the managed network/project, its organization, processes and methods that may affect the service quality against contracted scope of work for the service supply
- Supervise a 7x24 SOC to monitor and maintain the client network by carrying out the following activities:
- network monitoring and supervision, including alarms, KPI and quality reporting
- network trouble shooting
- software upgrade, patching and updates
- inventory management
- firewall management etc....
- Collaborate with vendors and NMPs for solution integration with managed networks and platforms, conduct PoC, monitor and evaluate performance as of design

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Master/Bachelor Degree from disciplines such as Science or Engineering of Computer, Electronics, Telecommunication, IT, or equivalent
- At least 10 years’ solid hands-on experience on network operation, vendor and project management in telecommunication field
- Being familiar with mobile system architecture and managed service is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
- Holder of professional certifications such as PMP is preferred
- Strong analytical ability with good report writing skills is a must
- Excellent in Cantonese & English. Mandarin is a plus
