JOBPURPOSE
Gathering, creating and delivering evidence-based, child and community-focused contents that capture and highlight
a) issues facing vulnerable children and families and
b) impact and technical expertise of World Vision Foundation of Thailand’s development programs/interventions, advocacies, and emergency/disaster response to reflect positive change or results.
เก็บข้อมูล สร้าง และนำส่งคอนเทนต์เน้นเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับเด็กและชุมชนที่เป็นหลักฐานแสดงให้เห็นอย่างชัดเจนถึง
ก) ปัญหาที่เด็กและชุมชนกำลังเผชิญ และ
ข) ผลจากการทำงานและการใช้ความเชี่ยวชาญเชิงวิชาการของมูลนิธิศุภนิมิตแห่งประเทศไทยในการดำเนินโครงการพัฒนา การรณรงค์เพื่อความยุติธรรมในสังคม และการตอบสนองเหตุฉุกเฉิน/ภัยพิบัติ เพื่อสะท้อนถึงความเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือผลเชิงบวกที่เกิดขึ้น
MAJORRESPONSIBILITES
1.Interpret creative briefs to write original copy and edit content for a variety of media including online, print and video to support fundraising campaigns
ตีความจากใบชี้แจงรายละเอียดงาน (Creative Brief) เพื่อเขียนต้นฉบับและปรับคอนเทนต์เพื่อใช้ประกอบสื่อหลากหลายรูปแบบ ทั้งออนไลน์ งานสิ่งพิมพ์ และวิดีโอ เพื่อสนับสนุนแคมเปญระดมทุน
2.Provide support to and collaborate intently with key internal teams including Advocacy, Programmes, Humanitarian and Emergency Affairs (HEA), Grants and Acquisition Management and Resources Development to gather ministry and fundraising-related contents, including photos and videos in the area programmes.
สนับสนุนและร่วมงานกับทีมงานหลักภายในองค์กร เช่น Advocacy ทีมปฏิบัติการ (Programme) ทีมบรรเทาทุกข์ฉุกเฉิน (HEA) ทีมกองทุนพิเศษ (GAM) และกลุ่มงานพัฒนาทรัพยากร (RD) เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลทำคอนเทนต์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพันธกิจและการระดมทุน ซึ่งรวมถึงภาพนิ่งและวิดีโอในพื้นที่โครงการด้วย
3.Drive brand consistency across the organisation’s communications
ผลักดันการนำเสนอแบรนด์ไปในแนวทางเดียวกันทั้งองค์กรผ่านการสื่อสารอย่างสอดคล้องไปในทิศทางเดียวกันกัน
4.Utlizilng World Vision content platforms like Content Flow, StoryHub, wvrelief.net to deliver raw content such as but not limited to QAs,news/feature stories, videos, photos, Support Office/media visit, etc.).
ใช้ช่องทางแพลตฟอร์มงานคอนเทนต์ต่างๆ ของศุภนิมิตได้ เช่น Content Flow, StoryHub, wvrelief.net เพื่อแบ่งปันชิ้นงานดิบต่างๆ กับศุภนิมิตสากล เช่น ชุดคำถาม-คำตอบ ข่าว/บทความ เรื่องราว วิดีโอ ภาพถ่าย งานเยี่ยมพื้นที่ของ Support Office/กิจกรรมนำสื่อลงพื้นที่ เป็นต้น
คุณสมบัติ
KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATIONSFORTHEROLE
1.Bachelor’s/College Degree in Development or Mass Communications/ Journalism or equivalent
ปริญญาตรี/อนุปริญญาสาขางานพัฒนา หรือสื่อสารมวลชน/วารสารศาสตร์ หรือเทียบเท่า
2.At least 3 years in the similar position or capacity
อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งหรือรูปแบบงานที่ใช้ความสามารถในลักษณะเดียวกัน
3. Preferably with industry experience in Advertising and/or NGO/humanitarian work
หากมีประสบการณ์ในสายงานโฆษณา และ/หรือทำงานในองค์กร NGO หรืองานสาธารณกุศลจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
4. Rich portfolio of sample works used for creative marketing or fundraising campaigns
มีแฟ้มผลงานรวบรวมตัวอย่างงานสื่อสร้างสรรค์ประกอบแคมเปญการตลาดหรือระดมทุน
5. Strong storyteller; exceptional written skills in news and feature write ups
มีทักษะการเล่าเรื่องดี สามารถเขียนข่าวและบทความได้ดีเยี่ยม
6. Basic and advanced photography and portraiture principles , video production
มีทักษะพื้นฐานด้านการถ่ายภาพเบื้องต้นและขั้นสูง และความรู้การผลิตวิดีโอ
7. Can work on extremely tight deadlines and fast-paced work environment
สามารถส่งงานตามกำหนดเร่งด่วนในสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงรวดเร็ว
8. Client-oriented, detail-oriented, fluid with imagination and creative ideas, and willing to collaborate

9.Fluency in both oral and written English is an advantage
