Responsibilities you take with pride.

The four most relevant work streams to work on are talent acquisition, onboarding, contracting, and compensation.

Manage processes & pipeline of new talent acquisition.

  • Log and interpret the new hiring needs of different internal and external teams and translate them into impactful job descriptions and recruitment steps.
  • Set up tools and communication flows to facilitate collaboration between different stakeholders and accelerate the speed of the recruitment process.
  • Ensure the candidate journey is enjoyable while also accurately screening for skills and competence.
  • Experiment with new tools to assess and measure experience and skill levels.

Design and monitor onboarding flow for new Bundlers.

  • Translate learnings from the skill assessment in the recruitment process into our people growth program.
  • Equip all new hires with hardware & software tools personalised to their needs and ready to use.
  • Facilitate personal introductions in a scalable way to ensure all new hires feel welcome and immediately feel part of the Bundl family.
  • Design a structured way to measure satisfaction, progress, and performance during the formal 3-month onboarding process.

Structure contracts and agreements of our collaborators, employees, and partners.

  • Manage legal and HR steps in on- and off-boarding journeys.
  • Standardise and structure individual contracts across contracting & collaboration types and working locations.
  • Oversee the process to streamline holiday and absence management in close partnership with team leads.
  • Oversee and monitor the contract modification process (indexations, promotions, contract changes, etc.).

Oversee compensation and benefits across contracting types.

  • Optimise the portfolio of extralegal benefits adjusted to local legal and fiscal limitations that add personal value to our team members.
  • Manage alternative monetary compensation models (bonus models, warrants, etc.) that maximise disposable net wages.
  • Increase visibility on achievement of personal goals and variable compensation across all roles by creating reports and dashboards.
  • Work closely with finance teams to monitor and report on people costs and profitability across teams.
  • Manage monthly payroll flows across contracting types
  • Good working knowledge of Belgian labour laws, regulations and market practices is a plus

Salary: €42,000.00 - €52,000.00 per year
