We are seeking a skilled Solar Engineer to join our team.
Job Duties & Main responsibilities:
- Modelling PV systems and creating solar energy materials to fulfil project specifications.
- Preparing strategies for the development, monitoring, and evaluation of a solar system.
- Creating operational processes to ensure the safety of solar systems during installation and maintenance.
- To operate basic hand tools required for installation of electrical and solar systems, where needed.
- Ensure the health and safety standards and Green Innova policy on site.
- Being responsible of the quality of works and maintaining ISO Quality procedures.
- To design the solar systems, under coordination with design team.
- To Install and supervise Solar PV systems according to approved drawings and client requirement.
- Supervise, inspect and co-ordinate team, resources, and material for installation and maintenance for electrical & solar PV activities.
- To read and implement electrical drawings, Panel drawing, specification as per EWA regulation coordinate with EDD, EWA for connection where necessary.
Job Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in solar engineering, preferably in Bahrain / UAE.
- Knowledge of photovoltaic system design, PVsyst and Project Plan/ Gantt Chart.
- Proficiency in Electrical AutoCAD and other engineering software
- Familiarity with relevant safety codes and standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, collaboration skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
