Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team as a full-time member. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business growth through the Upwork and Freelancer platforms. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Note:
The job timings are from 7:30 pm - 4:30 am. This is an on-site opportunity in the Karachi Admin Society, PECHS.
Responsibilities:
-Meet and exceed sales targets.
-Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts.
-Manage complex negotiations.
-Build rapports and establish long-term relationships with customers
Requirements:
-Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-An ability to successfully problem-solve in relation to customer pain points.
-Excellent listening and communication skills.
-The ability to overcome client objections and close the sale.
-A knack for prospecting.

Basic salary will be ranging from 20,000-40,000 Rs depending on the position at which an individual will be hired & we will be providing fuel allowance along with Commission up to 15%.
