We are looking for a
Specialist Operational Finance (m/f/d)
(unlimited, full-time) Join our team at our location in Heerenveen – flexible working conditions available
Main Responsibilities:
- As a Specialist, with high focus on modernization and efficiency, you will be part of the Operational Finance community in an international context with colleagues in countries like e.g. Germany, Netherlands and Sweden.
- You will work on process improvements, review existing working methods, make proposals, and contribute to the implementation of new working methods.
- You will provide support for Assistants within the team and other internal departments within Riverty.
- You are responsible for creating IT tickets and having a good collaboration with the IT department.
- You are expected to be responsible for training new working methods and functionalities in our systems to other team members.
- You are familiar with month-end closing activities, such as: reconciliation of accounts and/or banks (with possible corrections) Phoenix vs SAP and bookings.
- Aging report
- Monitoring debt collection activities
Required Competencies:
- Extensive system knowledge, that means, you can understand and solve problems that arise in the business.
- You are able to work solution-focused on a NL level.
- Higher education is a merit, but is not an requirement if you have extensive working experience.
- General good knowledge of the Office package is an advantage.
- The daily work includes a lot of communication within the team and with internal departments within Riverty. Great emphasis on a high level of service and good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
