Your future tasks will include:
- In this position you will create and implement event concepts which support BAADER's strategic business goals and operational sales objectives.

You will lead and execute live marketing projects from conception to completion and evaluation, within schedule and budget, and coordinate all BAADER functions and external service providers involved.- Moreover, you will monitor project progress, address obstacles and initiate necessary corrective actions, handle your work packages, and resolve issues with a hands-on approach when needed.

These tasks include, for example
- Project management from concept to review
- Overseeing and coordinating all internal and external tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines
- Budgeting, invoicing, and cost monitoring
- Negotiation and management of service providers
- Handling logistics and shipping
- Creating event evaluation and review reports
- Advising and supporting the BAADER regional companies in the planning and implementation of regional events will also be part of your responsibility.
Qualifications, experiences and personal skills you possess:
- You have successfully completed studies with a marketing focus or have a comparable qualification within live marketing.
- You already gained 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in an international project of live marketing / fairs & events environment with budget and timeline responsibility.
- Excellent level of English and German is required.
- You are structured and have a result-oriented way of working.
- You have a strong assertiveness, an extremely high ability to work under pressure, a great organizational talent, a high adherence to deadlines, a talent for improvisation and high intercultural emotional competence in dealing with regions worldwide.
- You are a strong communicator and persuasive and have competence in consulting and assessing creative approaches to solutions.
