As the line manager of our base software team, you will not only support your employees in their professional and personal development, but also leverage your technical expertise to provide guidance and support in the development of our embedded software products. You will create a pleasant and productive work environment while driving the creation, maintenance, and further development of our development processes. Working closely with our globally distributed technology teams, you will develop in-depth knowledge of our products and deliver appropriate solution strategies for our embedded software products. - Leading and supporting the team and promoting their professional and personal development.

- Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics, physics or a comparable field of study
- Several years of experience in software development and software architecture design in the AUTOSAR context
- Experience in motivating and leading employees is desirable
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of software in the automotive industry (AUTOSAR)
- Knowledge of Automotive SPICE and Functional Safety standards such as ISO 26262, ISO 29119 and/or IEC 61508 and Cyber Security ISO21434 is desirable
- English language skills in speaking and writing
- Proactivity, assertiveness, and ability to solve complex tasks, coupled with strong communication and teamwork skills
