Following an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Buyers Administration Assistant to join the team at Lorna Jane HQ. This is an exciting opportunity to see the behind scenes of a retail icon, working closely with Buyers and Planners.

About the role:
The Buyers Administration Assistant works within our merchandising team, supporting the buying process with accurate data management and product information.

Your areas of responsibilities include:
  • Create, update and maintain product and pricing within our ERP system.
  • Ensure product information is correct including descriptions, colours, variants, barcodes, costs and categories.
  • Prepare international RRP's and margins for review with Operations Manager - Buying and Planning.
  • Creating purchase orders and providing barcode information to suppliers.
  • Ensuring critical path deadlines are met.
About you:
You are a naturally organised person with a high level of attention to detail. You have intermediate excel skills and excellent communication, both written and verbal. You have worked within retail and have experience with data management. An understanding of Netsuite and/or Style Arcade would be highly advantageous. You have the ability to work within a fast paced, deadline driven environment and you enjoy working within a team to problem solve.
