Job Title:- Owners Representative – Dammam (KSA)
Site:- Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Hours:- Full time hours
The purpose of this role is:-
Maintaining and communicating existing sales orders with customer and operation.
What you will do:-
- Delivering the targets and increase in profits in line with the company’s business and regions strategy.
- Generating live and active profitable enquiries from the region .
- Meeting customer KSA basis on regular basis to develop good relationship.
- Ensuring the highest level of professionalism and courtesy at all times during communications with customers.
- Escalated customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Leads on project and upcoming business prospects.
- Liaise with sales MEI and operations MEI management regarding customer relationship plans and strategy.
- Supporting the Company’s core values and behaviours.
- Increasing sales revenue by providing excellent customer service by focusing on the needs of individual customers directly or through the support of the team, promoting long-term customer relationships and customer loyalty.
- Maintaining and updating the database including the current record.
What you will bring:-
- Strong IT skills (MS Office Package- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc).
- Strong experience in shipping logistics.
- Proven sales and marketing experience.
- Sales and profit management experience.
- Good at problem solving and idea generating skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- An ability to work towards set targets and objectives.
- An ability to travel.
