We are urgently seeking an Online Order Taker cum Picker with extensive knowledge of supermarkets and products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, possess good computer knowledge, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Receive and process online orders accurately and efficiently.
Familiarize yourself with supermarket products, brands, and categories.Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the packaging and delivery team to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
Pick and pack items for orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper handling and packaging.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate smooth operations.
Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an online order taker or similar role is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of supermarket products and brands.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Proficient in computer operations, including order management systems and basic software applications.
Ability to work well in a team and individually with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Good physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift items during order picking.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
