Legacy is ranked in the top 20 home improvement companies in the US. We are looking for an experienced Customer Specialists to be developed into a Managieral role for a variety of territories.

What we are looking for:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering, analyzing, and resolving members' issues in such a manner that creates quality customer relationships.
  • Team with Customer Relations Specialists
  • Contacts potential customers via telemarketing efforts, written correspondence and/or customer site visits
  • Prepares quotes and secures appropriate approvals for quotes and orders
  • Communicates with customers regarding order status and delivery date information
  • Responsible for handling customer problems and complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Handle customers’ calls
  • Contacts current customers via telemarketing efforts and/or written correspondence
