Business Strategy Manager [Israel]


 

AppsFlyer's Business Strategy team is seeking a Business Strategy Manager Star. As part of the role, you will be connecting data-driven materials and micro/macro trends to define strategic initiatives together with our leadership. The position requires developing strong relationships and working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product while tracking and analyzing the impact of the strategic initiatives undertaken.


Ideal candidates will have senior executive presence, excellent relationship-building skills, superior planning and analytical skills plus strong written and presentation skills.

He/she must have strong sales skills to make the case for the strategic initiatives back to the global and regional teams for action and implementation.

What you'll do:

  • Manage data sources and work closely with internal teams to create best in class strategic analysis in order to capitalize on business opportunities and overcome challenges
  • Support the development of business strategy by performing research and analysis underpinning market selection, competitive and trend analysis and strategic market response including vision and initiatives.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to address critical business issues and generate insights about client and industry business performance improvement and competitor activity
  • Drive thought leadership cross-functionally across product, sales, R&D, marketing and customer success
  • Develop and manage relationships with AppsFlyer regional executives to ensure strategic initiatives sponsorship. Develop presentations for key internal and external stakeholders.

What you have:

  • BA/BS in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field required. Advanced degree a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in a strategic role, ideally in a consulting firm or investment banking (advantage from consulting firms such as BCG, McKinsey, etc.)
  • Proven record with establishing strategic frameworks in hyper-growth companies
  • Experience with attribution or analytics practices
  • Native-level written and spoken English
