Key Responsibilities:
The agent that fills this position performs a variety of duties that are integral to baggage performance.
- Review file challenged by stations regarding the coding of mishandled baggage and assist with the stations to help them understand the root cause analysis of the delay
- Review and audit reports to correct information in files that could cause the file to be incorrectly coded for DOT reportable
- Assist stations with questions about BOLT and file integrity
- Maintain data collection reports updated
- Assist Performance Management with various ad-hoc reports and/or projects that may be needed
- Review mishandled baggage files, ensuring accuracy in both coding of the file and the content entered by the claim station
- $18.51/hour starting rate with yearly increase (as per union contract)

Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to manage time and multi-task
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
- Must be flexible and willing to work a shift bid with 5 days on and 2 days off a week operation including weekends, nights, and holidays
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experienced with BOLT, SHARES, BART, and World Tracer
- Airport experience especially in dealing with baggage either in Baggage Service Office, Baggage Resolution Center, or Ramp
